How do I take care of my products?

Our general rules are below. We generally suggest you err on the side of caution with caring for handmade goods.

Silk is a delicate and luxurious material that requires special care to preserve its quality, shine, and texture. Please follow these care instructions to enjoy your silk product for years to come. 

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Long-term exposure to direct sunlight can fade the silk. Place your item in a spot away from strong light.
• Handle with Clean Hands: Ensure your hands are clean and free from lotions, oils, or any harsh chemicals before handling.
• Dry Cleaning: For best results, and for particularly delicate or embellished items, professional dry cleaning is recommended.
• Ironing: If your silk item gets wrinkled, use a cool iron with a press cloth in between the silk and the iron to remove wrinkles. Alternatively, you can use a steamer designed for delicate fabrics.
• Storage: Store your silk items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use padded hangers for items like scarves or consider using a silk-friendly fabric for storage bags.

Cotton is a durable and comfortable material, but proper care is essential to maintain its quality and longevity. Please follow these guidelines to ensure your product stays as beautiful as the day you received it.

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Continuous exposure to direct sunlight can fade the fabric.
• Handle with Clean Hands: Always ensure your hands are clean when handling your cotton items to prevent staining.
• Check Labels: Always check the care label on your item for specific washing instructions.
• Temperature: Use cold or lukewarm water to prevent shrinking and color fading.
• Detergent: Use a mild detergent that is appropriate for cotton fabrics.
• Separate Colors: Wash whites and colors separately to avoid color bleeding.
• Air Dry: For best results, lay the item flat on a clean, dry towel and allow it to air dry.
• Storage: Keep your cotton items in a cool, dry place. Use padded hangers for items like robes or quilts and cotton-friendly fabric for storage bags.

Where do you ship to?

We primarily focus on markets in Germany and design capitals in Europe, but we also offer international shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary based on your location but generally take between 5-10 business days.

Shipping fee is included in the invoice. International customers please note: Your products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office website for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order.
